Certification of conformity can be achieved when a certification system(commonly referred to as a reference) is implemented within the framework of a certification program (commonly known as a certification scheme). The certification program is set up by an organization, theowner of the program,, who is responsible for developing and maintaining a specific certification program (commonly known as theCompliance Certification Body).
